- AWB

- Full Container Load — a shipment using an entire container.
- LTL

- FTL

- AOG
- Aircraft on Ground — an urgent aircraft maintenance situation requiring immediate parts.
- AEO
- Authorised Economic Operator — a customs trade partnership program.
- CO
- Certificate of Origin — a document certifying the country of origin of goods.
- CBM
- Cubic Meter — unit of volume used in freight.
- CMR
- Convention Relative au Contrat de Transport International de Marchandises par Route — road haulage contract document.
- CY/CY
- Container Yard to Container Yard — a port-to-port service.
- DDP
- Delivered Duty Paid — seller bears all costs and risks including duties.
- DAP
- Delivered at Place — seller delivers to a named place, buyer pays duties.
- EXW
- Ex Works — buyer takes responsibility at seller's premises.
- FOB
- Free on Board — seller delivers goods on board the vessel.
- GLEC
- Global Logistics Emissions Council — framework for calculating logistics emissions.
- HS Code
- Harmonized System Code — international standard for classifying traded products.
- Incoterms
- International commercial terms defining responsibilities of buyers and sellers.
